Terry Hough opened Brickmart in 1987. Hailing from three generations of bricklayers, Terry himself has been in the bricklaying industry for over 50 years.

During that time he found that most of the materials and equipment used are designed by people who have no idea about masonry. So, he decided to open a “one-stop shop” and source the necessary products specifically designed for the job.

Since opening, Brickmart has grown to be one of the largest independent suppliers of masonry equipment catering for all trades under the umbrella of the masonry industry – including bricklayers, builders and “weekenders” working on home projects.

With a sample wall built from a variety of different bricks (from an extensive list of suppliers), anyone can come in with a brick and match it to the closest one in the wall. With professionals standing by to help out in any way they can, it is that simple!

Brickmart has also designed and manufactured many new products such as the Lite A scaffold, Three Tonne Pallet Jacks, Trestles, Clamps and many other specialised items to help ensure your building experience is as safe and as efficient as it can be.

All our scaffold is tested to Australian standards and registered with Workcover.
